Openable windows
Kitchen annexes and toilets
Electric sockets together with full cabling and wiring in PVC raceways
Interior walls of gypsum panels filled with glass fibers and painted with acryl paints
Carpet- covered floors in offices, tiles in the halls and social space
The manufacturing and warehousing space
The buildings are equipped with all installations necessary for running your business. These are:
water and sewage system
electric power supply (own transformer station 20/04 kV 400kV on the premises)
central heating (gas fired heating system)
gas installation
ventilation
air conditioning in selected sections
Additionally there is a possibility to introduce the overhead travelling crane of lifting capacity up to 15 tonnes. For every module 2 entry gates or loading docks are prepared.
